Youth2Work Wairarapa focuses on sustainable long-term employment for youth, with pathways for growth within a role.
Youth2Work Wairarapa works with businesses in a partnership model to ensure they have the tools as employers for young people to succeed. This includes upskilling workshops including interview techniques, resolving conflict and managing staff.
Youth2Work Wairarapa is responsible for the delivery of the Mayors Taskforce for Jobs programme (MTFJ), in partnership with the South Wairarapa, Carterton and Masterton District councils.
